At PYMHWS, we welcome your feedback, including complaints, compliments and suggestions.
This helps us improve our service and ensure all young people get the best possible care now and in the future.
Providing feedback will not negatively impact the care you receive or affect any young person you support. You can remain anonymous, but you’ll need to provide contact details if you’d like a response.
How to provide feedback
You can provide feedback directly to PYMHWS by filling out a Speak Out form online.
This form can be completed by:
- Young people receiving care
- Family members, carers, supporters or kin of a young person
- PYMHWS staff on your behalf if you’d like

Your feedback helps us know what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
What happens next
We have 30 days to respond to or address your feedback or complaint. The information you provide will be reviewed by a senior manager or coordinator of the specific program.

If you provide contact details
A staff member will get in touch within 30 days to thank you for your feedback and discuss the information you’ve provided. As much as possible, we will let you know what action has been taken, although this is not possible in every situation.
If you remain anonymous
Staff will still follow up and address the matter, taking your feedback on board.
We really appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback about your experiences with our program, good or bad. Your input helps us continue improving our services for all young people.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission (MHWC)
The MHCW is an independent specialist body that safeguards people’s rights, resolves complaints and recommends service improvements. Driven by lived experience, they work with consumers, families, carers and mental health service staff to resolve complaints.
